Overview: Our Client, a leading provider of light industrial staffing solutions, is seeking a dynamic Selling Branch Manager to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency in the Kenosha, Wisconsin market. This pivotal role combines sales acumen with operational oversight to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand market presence. Prospect, identify, and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory, leveraging both existing relationships and cold outreach. Meet or exceed weekly sales targets to drive revenue growth and profitability. Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and position Our Client's services effectively. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads from inception to closure, documenting strategies for future reference. Operational Management: Oversee all branch-level operations, including local business oversight and corporate responsibilities. Recruit, hire, train, and manage a diverse team of employees, ensuring alignment with company goals and values. Manage the workforce deployment process, ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders and adherence to safety protocols. Maintain communication channels with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive exceptional service delivery. Collaborate with corporate recruiting teams to source and onboard branch-level staff and temporary workers. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales process and service delivery lifecycle. Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues proactively. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing customers, driving revenue growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-5 years of related staffing industry leadership with combined sales experience, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Prior experience in the staffing industry, with knowledge of federal and state human resources regulations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other sales tools. Goal-oriented mindset with a competitive nature and a drive to succeed. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively. Bilingual language skills are a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
