Job Description Business: Piramal Critical Care Department: Sales Location: Bethlehem Sub Function: Marketing US & RoW FLP Job Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall marketing management of all lines of Piramal Critical Care's business, including Rest of World (ROW). This includes developing and executing in-line product marketing efforts under the direction and leadership of the VP of Sales and Marketing, NA. This role is located in Bethlehem, PA with two (2) days a week remote. This position will work with the US intrathecal (ITT) sales team, US full line of products (FLP) sales team, ROW market managers, all vendors, and other team members to develop and execute highly effective, results-driven marketing initiatives to maximize product revenues in all Piramal Critical Care business lines. Key Stakeholders: Internal Legal & Regulatory, Area Managers, Vice President Sales Key Stakeholders: External Vendors, Clinicians, Medical Professionals Essential Duties and Responsibilities Strategic ownership of PCC's largest Global products Manages the marketing communication and tools to support the overall FLP, ITT and ROW products, in a time sensitive environment while improving profitability Assesses the business and market conditions providing understanding, insights, and needs Keeps up to date on market shares and competition Ensures all within PCC are updated regularly on changes which influence the business Oversees and tracks execution against key milestones and targets Quickly develops strong understanding of HCP needs and how they define the current treatment paradigm Creates and obtains approval for an annual comprehensive marketing plan including promotional materials, medical conferences, scientific affairs initiatives, website, email, and digital marketing campaigns Responsible for managing budget and all vendor activities with marketing vendors and those used to create field sales team assets, including but not limited to websites, field promotional assets, speaker's bureau, exhibits and trade shows Develops marketing programs and initiatives targeted to influence health care providers and treatment facilities including but not limited to field promotional materials, salesforce assets, national and local congress, exhibit presence, and website content Recommends promotional product strategies ad tactics to engage customers and drives compliance Researches and develops strong understanding of new product launch specifically market, class of trade, market nuances, healthcare provider needs, current treatment paradigm, and drug administration channels applicable to treatment Analyzes market opportunities and supports the development of strategies to create a value proposition and competitive positioning Defines areas of improvement and recommendations on activities that should be performed differently in our chosen segment and measure the return on investment Collaborates with US National Sales, FLP and ITT Field Sales Directors, and ROW Country Managers, to understand market conditions, market support, and assets needed to drive market share growth Partners with management to build a compelling business plan and define the budget required to deliver against the plan Works closely with Legal, Regulatory and Scientific groups to ensure promotional materials meet compliance standards Leads execution of tactical plan and deliver programs on time and on budget Develops programs and tools for optimal sales force effectiveness Ensures quarterly budget management within pre-specified variations Reporting Structure Reporting to Vice President Sales & Marketing Education/ Experience Bachelor's Degree required 5+ years of commercial experience, with experience in pharmaceutical product marketing Successful pharmaceutical sales experience (sales management a plus) Drug/device combination experience Proven accomplishment of contributing to and identifying a high performing team Aptitude for leading brand strategy and product positioning process Skilled at leading HCP marketing (lifecycle management a plus) Key Competencies Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor at all times to interface effectively with all internal and external customers Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in identifying sustainable solutions, implementing eco-friendly practices, and driving organizational change towards environmental stewardship, social responsibility, recycling, and economic viability for a resilient and sustainable future Adept at website management and maintenance, leveraging user experience optimization and analytics to drive traffic, engage audiences, and achieve marketing objectives with measurable results and continuous improvement Strong ability to lead large cross functional projects High sense of urgency Strong business acumen Skilled at successfully navigating medical, legal, and regulatory review process Collaborative and works effectively in a team environment Talent for engaging with Key Opinion Leaders Practiced at managing agencies Highly skilled at reading others and knowing how to proceed appropriately Open to feedback and the opinion/recommendations others Creative and able to present various solutions Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational disposition
