Were seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our stellar team! You will have the opportunity to part of Development of market leading products in the Capital Market We are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered a hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work remotely. Responsibilities: Review user requirements and work with BA to ensure that delivered product meets the users expectations. Responsible for system analysis, effort estimation, design, development and contributing to technical architecture of the application Track and review the tasks assigned to developers to see the changes are done with quality and is performed in the estimated timeframe. Report time slippage and inefficiencies and suggest methods of improvement to management. Responsible for designing, development and maintenance of software as detailed in enhancement specifications Provide real time support to corporate clients in resolving real time functional/technical issue which involves managing crisis situations by providing speedy response to the Service Delivery/Client with recommended solutions or workarounds which resolve the clients reported problem. Provide Input to Product Release management and prioritization of assigned development work in the release. Manage the execution and delivery of enhancements. Provides assistance in product documentation and provide training on the Technical changes Evaluate third party software and provide a recommendation to Senior Management Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in computer science, Engineering or Equivalent with 7-10 Years of Application Development Experience in iSeries (IBM i) Hands on Experience in Ile-RPG, RPG Free, CL, DB2, SQL, IBM MQ Series Experience on Java, Node JS, React, Message Mapping Tools, API is a plus Familiarity with iSeries-based Code Management System (i.e ALDON CMS or Similar).
