Job Overview: The Commercial Account Manager in HVAC will be responsible for bringing in new business and creating long term customer relationships to help grow the service sales aspect of the company. Interstate AC Service expects a driven individual who is a self-starter that can also be a team player. If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to work within a highly motivated team, we would like to interview you for the opportunity. · Salary $50K-$60K+ (Depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission Structure · Cell Phone & Laptop · Vehicle or Stipend  · Gas Card Responsibilities and Duties: · Prospecting/Cold Calling · Scheduling meetings with Potential New Customers · Quote New Construction HVAC projects · Managing Personal Relationships with Key Account Contacts to Create Long Term Partnerships. · Scheduling Maintenance, Service, and Installation Jobs with the Dispatch and Technician Team. · Creating Sales and Contact Reports for the Sales Meetings. · Meeting and Exceeding Goals Established by Sales Manager. Qualifications: · Minimum High School Education · College Education Preferred · 2+ Years of Account Manager Business to Business Sales · HVAC Sales a plus · Self-Motivated, Goal Oriented, Responsible, Coachable, Team Oriented.
