You will perform most mechanical, pneumatic, and some electrical assembly operations You must be able to read and understand an Assembly Drawing You must be able to lead multiple projects on the shop floor from the machine start date through the checkout process. You must be proactive on monitoring the machine project schedule for assembly. Work with Project Manager and Assembly Lead/Manager while monitoring hours and resources. You will work with the Engineers on building mocked-up designs required for proper functionality of Rennco equipment. You must be able to successfully and efficiently assemble 2 or more product lines. You will ensure that work area is clean, safe and orderly. You will take proper care of shop tools and make sure they are returned to their proper place daily. You must be able to fit, align and adjust all components on a machine for testing with limited Supervision You will assist in the test and final adjustments of machines. May be required to assist in the on-site installation of machines. You will take a Support role in the World Class Checkout Process. You will follow and adhere to all Quality and Assembly standards. Who we're looking for? 2-year technical college degree preferred but not required 2-4 year's experience as an Assembler Must understand cause/effect of changes to mechanical equipment. Must be able to recommend design changes to improve operation of equipment. Must be able to identify and correct machine operational problems.
