Assembler

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production team supporting various areas of the plant. The ideal candidate will have great work ethic, ability to stand for long periods of time, and a high school diploma or GED. Job Title: Assembler Location: Virginia Beach, VA Pay Range: Starting Pay at $17.00/hr. (increases depending on shift) Contract to Hire Opportunity! What's the Job? Operates one or more basic production machines used in the assembly, fabrication, or other process to produce and further process subassemblies of various types Assemblies and packages products on an assembly line or at a bench Performs routine and repetitive assembly motions Conducts more complex production tasks such as operating multiple machines May assist in other areas of the plant What's Needed? Previous work tenure and great work ethic! Ability to stand for long periods of time High School Diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly Reliable Transportation What's in it for me?
