Each and every team member plays a vital role in our success. We are rapidly expanding and looking for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Manager, Corporate Finance Planning and Analysis. Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Prepare Monthly & Quarterly Executive and BOD reporting packages and MD&A commentary Develop annual plan and periodic forecasts for Balance Sheet and Cash flow Enhance and manage the companys long-range 3-statement financial model Provide analytical support to Treasury and IR team Define and track financial and operational KPIs and working capital metrics Prepare strategic and financial analysis to evaluate M&A opportunities and other significant capital investment proposals Track post-acquisition integration activities and synergy realization Maintain and update quarterly benchmarking analysis for publicly traded peer companies Qualifications: Skills and Experience: Minimum four years of experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or Corporate Finance Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting Experience in PE or PE-backed company a plus Expertise in creation and maintenance of 3-statement financial models with ability to accurately forecast near-term and long-term working capital and cash flow Extensive DCF modeling experience for M&A and other Capital Project proposals Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong work ethic and attention to detail Excellent oral and written communication and experience creating BOD-ready presentations Some of the benefits of being a part of our growing Parts Authority family: Medical Coverage Pharmacy Coverage Dental Coverage Vision Coverage Basic Life and AD&D Short Term Disability Coverage Voluntary Short Term Disability Coverage Voluntary Long Term Disability Coverage Flexible Spending Account Commuter Expense Reimbursement Account Health Savings Account Health Reimbursement Account Accident Insurance Critical Illness Insurance Hospital Indemnity Insurance ID Theft Insurance Legal Plan Insurance Pet Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid Holidays, Sick and Vacation Profit Sharing/401 (k) Plan Employee Discounts on Merchandise We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
