Job Description This full-time position will be responsible for the management of profitability within the flagship of Saks Fifth Avenue NYC location. This position will also be responsible for the supervision and drive of the Guerlain business in Saks NYC by taking charge of operations and sales in the Guerlain boutique with supervision, leading by example, training and support of the Sales Beauty Consultants, Ambassador and Selling Specialists working in the Boutique. This includes management of the sales team, building retail relationships with store management, and the development/motivation of sales team, in support and aligned with Brand values. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the management of retail sell through and execution of promotional programs at the counter. Manage team of Beauty Advisors, Ambassador and Selling Specialists, including, but not limited to: hiring, coaching, scheduling, and payroll. Set productivity expectations based on productivity guidelines provided by corporate for special events and sales and manage performance of these guidelines on a daily, weekly, monthly basis while partnering with Guerlain Account Executive. Keeping all associates well informed and supplied with the proper tools for them to manage their daily businesses. Ensuring all team members are always adhering to the Company's best business practices. Leading by example and applying a mentoring style of management. Driving business with entrepreneur spirit as if it were their own business. Being prepared to speak to WTD, MTD, YTD KPI's with Executive Management team as a Flagship Business Manager and coaching Guerlain team to speak to company KPI's. Establish and maintain relationship with retailer and in store management team. Act as liaison between retailer and corporate team. Partner with the Account Executive and corporate Education team to identify and implement training needs for staff to new and ongoing product and sales training to improve selling techniques and client registration programs. Ensure Education is part of weekly touch base and all Associates are participating on the Bee Guerlain Training app. Lead and implement client relationship guidelines, both brand-specific and retailer guidelines, working with Beauty Advisors, encouraging, and assisting in creating and maintaining customer registration, following up with clients via various methods of communication, and for any other administrative service. Partner with retailer on specific training for team members (dependent on location). Ensure the consistency of merchandising, grooming, and attendance for all team members. Develop and provide training and support to the Beauty Advisors, Ambassador and Selling Specialists to execute special events programs, grass root events and networking for new Clients (clinics, beauty breakfasts, events, workshops). Responsible for regular coaching conversations with retail team members, including, but not limited to: weekly and monthly touch bases, productivity, client relationships, etc. Monitor the performance of weekly, monthly KPI's, Facial Room Tracking, events and all sampling programs. Promotional recap forms to be completed and submitted to Account Executive at the end of the promotion. Support retail buyers and planners regarding ordering system. Conduct all other job-related activities. SUPERVISION RECEIVED Account Executive SUPERVISION EXERCISED Beauty Advisors Guerlain Ambassador Selling Specialists Qualifications 5+ years of prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management experience with a strong understanding of details and service. Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales and/or Training. Empathetic and positive, results-oriented, and with an entrepreneurial mindset to develop the business. Team player and strong listener, in addition to knowledge of how to recruit and build a high-performing and collaborative team. Effective communication skills required. Resourceful and strong analytic skills for proactive problem solving and for improving the store management on a continuous basis. Able to understand and maintain confidentiality of business at the counter. Microsoft Office experience preferred. Availability must meet the needs of the business. Ability to speak multiple languages a plus. Limited travel based on needs of the business Additional Information LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure. While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $90,000-$100,000.
