Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategic transformation of the plant, including facility upgrades and equipment overhauls. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards. Manage P&L, budgets, and financial performance in partnership with the plant Controller. Collaborate with departments across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and accounting to drive operational success. Direct capital projects and equipment installations to optimize production capabilities. Report to the VP and work closely with corporate leadership to meet business objectives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred, but not required. 10+ years of experience in plant management, with a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, preferably in metal stamping, injection molding, or related industries. Proven experience managing P&L, budgets, and financial performance for a facility. Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-departmental operations and driving process improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and build strong relationships. Experience working in facilities that undergo significant upgrades and improvements is a plus.
