Ranked 35 among national universities, Boston College has 888 full-time and 1,281 FTE faculty, 2,711 non-faculty employees, an operating budget of $1.4 billion, and an endowment in excess of $3.5 billion. **Job Description** The Director manages the electronic research administration systems for all of the departments under the Vice Provost for Research: Office for Sponsored Programs, Office for Research Protections, Office of Technology Transfer and Licensing, Research Infrastructure and Operations, and Office for Research Security, Integrity, and Compliance. This position manages the implementation and execution of all new business systems and operations infrastructure projects for the VPR. The Director oversees the management of reporting and data operations and will develop and deploy the use of business intelligence tools to transform research administration.
