Associate Assembler - 2nd Shift

The Associate Assembler will p erform assembly, packaging, shipping functions, and operate machines and equipment to fabricate parts for assembly, and sub-assembly of parts. They will complete required paperwork. This is an onsite position in Utica on 2nd shift with the hours of 3:10 pm - 11:40 pm. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Perform manufacturing assembly, sub-assembly, inspection, and packaging duties to assemble, ship select medical devices following companies' policies and procedures. Operate machine set up by another with defined adjustments. Load/Unload parts and cut/trim parts using established procedures/tools. Sustain and maintain 5s standards. Inspect parts - visual and using basic gauges. Complete required paperwork to include preparing labels, maintaining production logs, and recording process results. Job Requirements: Must be able to perform at workbench according to CONMED standard practices and lift up to 30 pounds unassisted. Preferred Qualifications: Previous manufacturing experience.
