The ideal candidate will have a background in general commercial litigation and possess excellent academic credentials, along with strong interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs effectively. Manage discovery processes, including document review and preparation. Assist in case management, handling multiple cases simultaneously and meeting deadlines efficiently. Collaborate closely with partners and senior associates on complex litigation matters.
