Entry Level Accountant

Title: Entry Level Accounting Specialist Location: Camden, New Jersey Pay: $20 - $22 an hour A global leading corporation is looking for an Entry Level Accounting Specialist to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to invoice processing, processing payments, working heavily within Microsoft Excel, p roviding timely and accurate transaction processing of exception and miscellaneous items, and much more! Description: Match invoices to online POs in an accurate and timely manner Enter non-PO invoices in an accurate and timely manner Review invoice entries for accuracy Work with branches to ensure invoices are paid according to our Company policy Maintain positive relationships with branch offices and company suppliers Accounts Payable Invoicing (reviewing, entering and processing at least 200+ per week) Purchase Orders Additional Skills & Qualifications: Internship experience strongly preferred Proficient with Microsoft Excel Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Benefits: Great benefits package Work life balance Clear career growth path ***INTERVIEWS HAPPENING THIS WEEK*** This position is moving extremely fast as this is an urgent need for the client.
