Core ResponsibilitiesPrep, mix, cook, produce, pour, deposit, pull, and store all facility consumablesAccurately prepare ingredients, workstations and equipment for production, including performing regular checks to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and is calibratedMaintain high-quality standards during shifts including constant QC of all products being prepped and produced with regard to weights, and appearance of productEffectively manage your time and that of your team to stay on schedule to meet daily and weekly production expectationsCorrectly infuse by mixing, emulsifying and rotating for the appropriate amount of timeAccurately read, record and communicate all kitchen data, counts, measurements and weightsPerform opening and closing dutiesEffectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the companyAssist with packaging responsibilities as requiredLearn to warehouse receive food items and ensure appropriate storageCollect and prepare samples as needed for potency testingRegularly clean and sanitize equipment and workspaceMonitor and maintain quality control measures in accordance with state and local lawsSkills- Experience in the restaurant or food industry- Proficient in food preparation and production- Knowledge of inventory control and ordering processes- Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:Dental insuranceShift:10 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusAbility to Commute:Saint Albans, VT 05478 (Required) recblid gtlww1cxrw89nrj52xahnjr5ucs8ed
