A leading in house agency is looking for a mid-senior level creative team (Art Director / Copywriter Team) that can concept and execute a 360-degree campaign across multiple platforms including OLV (Online Video), video, broadcast, social, and digital. Duration: ongoing freelance Rate: $50hr-65hr based on experience Location: NYC, hybrid 3x weekly Responsibilities: The team should immerse themselves in the brand ethos and overall strategy to ensure the campaign aligns with business goals. The art director and copywriter should collaborate to develop a core concept that can be adapted to various formats-ensuring consistency in messaging and creativity across the campaign. Tailoring the creative to fit the brand voice while considering the nuances of each platform (OLV, video, broadcast, social). Strong collaborators with creative strategy to identify briefs and ideate on the scope in unexpected ways. Required Qualifications: 5+ years as an advertising creative in house or agency side. Portfolio representing omni channel marketing and specific TVC experience. Conceptual chops proven in portfolio showcase. Ability to ideate based on cultural trends, emerging technologies, and current market. Award recognition for work a huge plus!
