In this position you should have the following: excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. How you'll create opportunities in this Tax Manager/Director role: Develop client relationships by delivering a full range of clean energy tax consulting services, including project eligibility determinations, cost segregation studies, tax equity structuring, financial modeling, and tax credit transferability. Perform tax due diligence projects through a detailed review of tax credit calculations, qualifying eligible project costs, financial statements, and compiling summary tax due diligence reports. Lead credit transactions by adhering to deal deadlines, providing prompt responses, and delivering desired client outcomes. Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment that offers a ton of flexibility, autonomy, and the encouragement to make things happen. Lead the engagement progress by monitoring time, budgets, and deadlines for adherence. What you will need: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. CPA required (EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA certification). Minimum of 6 years' experience serving in a tax role with public accounting, and/or professional services firm. Experience with clean energy tax consulting, renewable tax credit transactions, tax due diligence, structuring, and/or modeling preferred.
