Identify, evaluate, and conduct risk assessments and performance analyses of suppliers. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and supply assurance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing activities with business objectives. Manage and monitor supplier performance, driving continuous improvement. Stay informed on market trends, supply chain risks, and alternative sourcing options. Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and ethical sourcing standards. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technology Procurement with large-scale vendors. Proficiency in intermediate Excel skills and data analysis. Experience creating polished PowerPoint presentations and presenting to C-Suite executives. strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels, from factory floor to C-Suite. Experience with Ariba is required; experience with Sievo and/or Hicx is preferred. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of one day per week onsite.
