ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Cleans residentapartment homes - including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping,waxing, disinfecting, washing windows, etc Empties trash,waste and other disposable materials and transports to disposal area May assist carestaff with cleaning lobby, restrooms, hallways, elevators, stairwells, andcommon spaces Reports neededrepairs to Executive Director and maintenance specialist QUALIFICATIONS Previous housekeeping experience required. Previous experience in an Assisted Living setting preferred High School diploma or equivalent preferred, not required
