We are looking for an independent self-starter who can work alone and work with a team. Job Description for Janitorial Supervisor Responsibilities: Manage employees Order and distribute supplies to work sites Clean and supply designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, etc.) Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces Clean and service restrooms and break rooms with mops and disinfectants Make adjustments and minor repairs Notify the management office of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures Follow all health and safety regulations Orients develop, and supervise all janitorial staff Conducts regular inspections on-site and promptly Keeps records and/or spreadsheets of inventory levels Quickly responds to requests from the client Helps employees on-site when needed Plans work/staffing schedules and areas of work to ensure adequate services are rendered Manages callouts and all employee schedules to ensure all positions are covered; Fills in when necessary Ensures all periodical work is scheduled per contract Core Competencies: · Must have a Completely Clean Criminal Background · Proven working experience (3-5 years) · Past experience supervising others · Ability to communicate with management team · Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. · Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies · Integrity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision · Must have own transportation Must have a valid NC Driver's License Please do not apply if you are unable to pass an extensive government background investigation.
