Housekeeper

Job Description Ensures that the hotel and public areas are spotless, fully functional, and aesthetically pleasing for customers. Performs all cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and making beds. Wipes, polishes, and details specific areas of the hotel. Removes debris and trash from areas to keep the physical property in spotless condition. Monitors the physical condition of carpeting, upholstery, and other furnishings and equipment in assigned areas, and reports items in need of repair. Takes inventory, replenishes toiletries, and other essential supplies. Removes trash, recycling, and reports maintenance issues. Respects guests privacy by following "do not disturb" signs. Inspects rooms as well as common areas to ensure guest satisfaction. Performs all other duties as assigned. We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V. Must have outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Must have strong attention to detail. Must be able to document and articulate information clearly. Must be able to walk, bend, lift, kneel, stand, push, and pull, during an 8-hour shift. Must be able to work a variety of shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
