Poste et missions You will be joining the Financial Steering team at Natixis Investment Managers. You will be assisting the Senior Financial Controller of the Global Holding based in Paris. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Monitoring the opex of the Global Holding's key functions (General Management, Risk, Compliance, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Internal Audit, Communications, etc.); Participating in the closing process (intra- and inter-company reconciliations, recording of manual management entries, accounting/management reconciliations), in partnership with the accounting teams in Paris and Boston; Production of complete P&L (NBI, payroll, operating expenses) for various reports and analyses for Groupe BPCE, with monitoring of financial KPIs; Production of monthly, quarterly and annual operational reports for department managers, with monitoring of variances against year N-1, Budget, Revised; Participation in the budget preparation process (1 Budget and 3 Revised budgets per year). In addition to this non-exhaustive list, you will be involved in the continuous improvement of processes and the production of ad hoc analyses. You will also be involved in Finance projects (implementation of management tools, digitalisation of the function, etc.). You will be working in an international environment, within a community of experts that places excellence, impact and collective action at the heart of everything it does. Profil et comptences requises -You are a business school or university graduate with 5 years' higher education in finance or management control; - You have at least 2 years' professional experience in management control; -You are familiar with general and cost accounting; - Your english is fluent and you have a good knowledge of the Office pack (particularly Excel and Powerpoint); - You have knowledge of SAP 4HANA, SAP FC and Power BI; In addition to excellent interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills: - You have excellent analytical, summarising and writing skills. - You are rigorous about the quality of your work. - You are able to handle confidential information with discretion and ethics.
