Company : Allegheny Health Network Job Description : GENERAL OVERVIEW: The job will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the organization's data and architecture strategy and ensure that these are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. They will work with senior leaders to identify and prioritize data and architecture initiatives. This role will develop and implement architecture governance policies and procedures, lead the organization's technology framework and develop and implement integration solutions to ensure that the organization's systems are integrated and interoperable. The incumbent will also monitor and report on the performance of the organization's architecture and integration and stay up-to-date on the latest architecture and integration trends in Digital Health. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Perform management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity. Develop and implement enterprise architecture: Responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise architecture that aligns with the organization's overall business goals. This architecture should include a roadmap for how the organization will design, build, and operate its IT and Digital systems. Manage architecture governance: Responsible for managing architecture governance, which includes establishing policies and procedures for how the enterprise architecture is developed, implemented, and maintained. Collaborate with stakeholders: Responsible for collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that the enterprise architecture meets their needs. This includes working with business leaders, IT, and other departments. Lead the organization's digital transformation: Responsible for leading the organization's digital transformation, which includes developing and implementing strategies to use technology to improve the organization's operations and customer experience. Stay up-to-date on technology trends: Responsible for staying up-to-date on technology trends and ensuring that the enterprise architecture is aligned with these trends. This includes attending conferences, reading industry publications, and networking with other architecture professionals. Advocate for the use of data and information: Responsible for advocating for the use of data in decision-making. This includes presenting the benefits of data-driven decision-making to senior leaders and other stakeholders. Other duties as assigned or requested. Q UALIFICATIONS: Required Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or MIS 7 years in Data Engineer, IT Engineer, and Platform Engineer 5 years in Technology/Data Architecture 5 years in Management/Leadership Substitutions None Preferred Master's degree in Engineering. 5 years in Leading digital transformation 3 years experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP 3 years in Development and Maintenance Data Warehouses with large solutions 3 years experience in Software Application Development SKILLS: Consulting Data Architecture, database structures, warehousing Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with data science and machine learning Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence TRAVEL REQUIRED 25% - 50% Disclaimer: The job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and essential duties and responsibilities of work performed by employees within this job title.
