We directly support the leadership team in identifying and evaluating growth opportunities and driving efficiency, whether it's planning for next year's budget, working with our leadership team on growth initiatives, or developing cost-saving strategies. As a member of our team, you will be a trusted strategic partner across the organization. In addition to target setting and helping the leadership team understand the business's financial results, you will provide key decision support to help solve the business's biggest challenges. What you will do Support the company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes. Prepare reporting and analysis to help leaders understand the drivers of variance, financially and operationally. Provide financial modeling and business case analysis to leaders across the organization to support key business decisions. Support Government and Commercial bids and proposals. Spearhead process improvement projects. Assist with development of junior team members. How do I know this opportunity is right for me? Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience. Professional Analyst: 1 or more years of related experience in accounting or finance. Senior Analyst: 3 or more years of related experience in accounting or finance. Strong Excel skills. Preferred Qualifications Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills. Outstanding problem-solving ability and strong analytical skills. Knowledge of BI/forecasting tools (Cognos/Power BI/Adaptive Insights). Salary Range Professional Level: $65,000 ~ $75,000 annually Senior Level: $80,000 ~ $95,000 annually The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience.
