Who is Facilities Management Systems? Facilities Management Systems (FMS) is a company of The Nutrition Group which operates the Custodial and Maintenance Management. FMS has been operating since 1986. About the Job: FMS has an open position of Custodian at a local K-12 School District. Duties may include: Daily cleaning of hallways, classrooms, cafeteria, offices, gymnasium and restrooms Trash removal Seasonal snow removal and salt/ice melting application is required Adherence of proper chemical handling procedures Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to read labels to ensure proper chemical usage Ability to lift 40 Lbs.
