Job TitleServices and Install Base Marketing Manager (Cambridge) Job Description Services and Install Base Marketing Manager (Cambridge) In this role, you define and shape the way Philips engages Customers in the North American healthcare market Your role: Measure market size and share, installed base, service offering, Service Solutions (sales), and service delivery performance in assigned business. Define service audiences, insights, value propositions, fact-base, offer design and key performance indicators. Create the go to market marketing approach (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Promotion) to drive Customer loyalty, lifecycle management, and key performance indicators for install base retention, growth and advocacy. You're the right fit if: Bachelor's degree in marketing or business - MBA preferred or equivalent work experience in marketing positions 5+ year experience marketing technology, healthcare or medical technology products and solutions, including creating customized value propositions to unique customers and market segments Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, campaigns, and programs for reputation, demand generation, sales enablement and Customer loyalty. Experience working in a business with complex market/channel structures You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA.
