The SVP, Asset Management will implement, maintain and evaluate the infrastructure asset portfolio to support the effective functioning of the Asset Management department. This role is tasked with managing the lifecycle of all company assets post-acquisition. Additional duties involve overseeing risk management related to assets, optimizing asset utilization, and improving returns on investment. Reporting directly to CEO, the SVP, Asset Management also prepares and presents regular performance reports, budget forecasts, and strategic plans to stakeholders. What you'll be doing? Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies that align with the company's business objectives. Maximize property values and investment returns, overseeing budgets, and financial planning. Lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction across the portfolio. Monitor market trends and economic conditions, adapting strategies as necessary to mitigate risks and seize opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including property managers, tenants, and external partners. Report to senior management on performance metrics, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives. Establish quarterly targets, manage staff to achieve goals, define procedures and develop a systematic and productive process to track efficiency, accuracy and other key metrics. Directly supervise, develop and manage the performance of the Manager, Landlord Relations, the Manager, Portfolio Management, and Senior Data Analysts. To use and champion use of the Company's Asset Management systems of record, primarily CRM and Yardi.
