Description Level up your career by joining Amazon's Retail Digital Video Games team as a Technical Account Manager (TAM). In this pivotal role, you'll bridge the gap between business stakeholders, vendors, and tech teams, overseeing the selection, onboarding, growth, and digital operations for downloadable gaming and software content. As the direct connection point, you'll provide operational support for content launches, including offer setup, configuration, and quality control. You'll ingest assets, copy, and configure offers in our digital content portals, ensuring an exceptional customer experience with your attention to detail and customer obsession. Additionally, you'll build content detail pages and troubleshoot issues on behalf of customers and external partners. Long-term, you'll focus on automation and process improvements, including developing new workflows for ASIN creation, Key Redemption, and more. Collaborating with vendor management, tech teams, and top industry brands, you'll bring the hottest digital gaming content to millions of customers worldwide. Key job responsibilities Content Launch Operations: Spearhead operational support for new content launches across gaming and software verticals Manage offer setup, configuration, and rigorous quality control processes Ingest/validate assets, metadata, and product details in content portals Content Management: Build immersive and optimized content detail pages with a customer-first mindset Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compelling presentation of product information Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by customers and external partners Process Improvement and Automation: Continuously assess and streamline content ingestion and publishing workflows Leverage customer feedback and data to build or change requirements of operational programs Identify opportunities for automation to drive efficiency and scalability Develop and implement new processes for ASIN creation, Key Redemption, and more Technical Expertise and Advocacy: Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management using technical acumen Provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer within cross-functional teams Capability Building: Uplift organizational capabilities by running workshops, lunch-and-learn sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the pivotal link between business teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders Facilitate cross-functional coordination for seamless content delivery Work closely with top industry brands to curate best-in-class gaming experiences A day in the life Strategic planning, problem-solving, content lifecycle management Cross-functional collaboration, technical guidance, capability building Envision long-term strategies, approach challenges creatively Oversee content delivery, facilitate communication across teams Leverage expertise to drive discussions, foster continuous learning Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills Prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines Take initiative to identify and address potential roadblocks or opportunities Operate in a rapidly evolving environment Drive continuous improvement, deliver exceptional customer experiences Detail-oriented, analytical, thrive in ambiguity, fast-paced environment Technical proficiency, customer obsession, drive innovation Crucial role delivering exceptional digital gaming experiences worldwide About the team Video Games, including digital content, is constantly evolving. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $104,900/year in our highest geographic market.
