Assembler I Glass Manufacturing 2nd shift

Starting rate $12.30/hr. Under direct supervision, performs one or more repetitive jobs on an assembly or sub-assembly line to produce glass for residential windows products. Assembles building material components such as wall panels, roof and floor trusses and/or millwork products such as doors, windows, cabinets, counters, vanities or closets. Processes include insertion or positioning of materials, clamping, splicing, fitting parts and use of both hand and power tools. Works at different work stations as production needs require Removes defective products as needed Cleans equipment, floors, and work areas according to safety procedures Able to work overtime as business needs requires, with minimal notice Other duties as assigned. Requirements: NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or related work experience. This is an entry level position where the incumbent will receive on-the-job training. Must be available to work more than 8 hours per day, and on Saturdays with minimal to no notice. Knowledge of and ability to use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble either building materials components or millwork products.
