Concierge Home Care is growing, and we are actively hiring a Clinical Specialty Account Executive/Business Development for our Hillsborough County, FL team! ______________________________________________ What is a Home Health Care Account Executive? An Account Executive is a representative of the Company that bridges the gap between the healthcare needs of the community and the services offered by the Company. They work to build trust and serve as a resource. What does a Home Health Care Account Executive do? The Account Executive is responsible for achieving sales quota, including market share, market share growth, and other business objectives within the assigned Territory. The Account Executive also executes brand marketing strategies at the local level and appropriately applies Company resources to enhance business results. What are some functions of the Home Health Care Account Executive? Selling & Customer Development Activities - Conducts daily calls with a variety of key stakeholders across the customer segment to establish long-term relationships and achieve sales quotas and other key metrics, resulting in increased support for Company services Territory Management & Partnering - Develops and implements an efficient local market business plan to maximize opportunities and increase sales results and long-term outcomes. Effectively collaborates with internal and external partners to meet account objectives and deliver sales goals Technical and Clinical Expertise - Develops and applies business analytics, marketplace, disease state, competitor, and clinical expertise to position the Company favorably within the Territory and to maximize sales results What are the qualifications for an Account Executive? Two years of direct selling experience in the healthcare industry (cardiology, neuro, home health care, medical device, senior living, LTAC, or skilled nursing) required Clinical background (RN, LPN, MSW) required Valid Drivers' License Car insurance What is the schedule and compensation? The Account Executive position is Monday-Friday in a concentrated territory. The compensation for this position is a base salary with uncapped earning potential through a robust bonus plan.
