Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, organized, and has excellent problem-solving skills. This company offers a close-knit team, growing organization, and collaborative culture. This position is onsite. The salary for this position is $100k - $120k. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate timely preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Prepare journal entries and monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Supervise, train, hire accounting staff to ensure work is completed accurately and timely. Managing internal control policies and procedures. Oversee financial accounts, budget, cash, and financial assets. Assist the external tax team in preparation of tax returns. Perform other accounting duties as required or assigned. The Accounting Manager will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA preferred. Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong understanding of accounting (GAAP), finance, and management principles.
