Job Description As a CRM Manager, you will take ownership of all related aspects of the user lifecycle management and retention marketing to ensure the continuous growth of the online business. You'll design evergreen automated campaigns, user journeys, ad hoc promotions, and develop optimization and testing methodologies. The ideal candidate will leverage analysis and segmentation to custom tailor our offering. Co-establish CRM program strategy, target identification, promotion planning and touchpoint timing to maximize KPIs to conversion and loyalty Manage the CRM strategy and flawless execution of conversion, retention, up-selling and reactivation programs and tactics across email, push and retail to online to achieve specific KPI objectives while maintaining a cohesive customer experience Oversee end to end aspects of user journey strategy, including bonus configurations, marketing communications, creative, analysis, and reporting Proactively provide and maintain weekly insights on the CRM performance against objectives and make effective tactical recommendations moving forward Leverage our existing email database and capabilities to support our growth strategy across different jurisdictions Develop an excellent relationship with internal and external peers to ensure campaign deliverability Ensure compliance with all regulations and legislation, ensuring that all risks within areas of responsibility are identified and managed effectively Performs all other duties as assigned. If permitted to work a Hybrid schedule you will be required to work 3 days in the Bensalem office (unless another location is identified and permitted) and 2 days from home.
