Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include: Leverages skills and experience to create and shape content to meet the needs of the procurement effort. Repurposes existing content to contain the desired themes, intent, and focus. Collaborates with key stakeholders (e.g., through interviews) to capture additional content. Edits completed written content for proper use of grammar, sentence structure, etc. Participates in color team reviews and white glove reviews. Engages with the Marketing Team to provide content related to growth. Uses keen attention to detail to identify errors and issues with content before production release. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, or related field Preferred Education/Certification: Master's Degree in English, Communications, or related field. Required Experience: 10-15 years' experience in the field of technical writing or editing. Proven experience successfully writing and editing content in response to federal and state procurements. Experience working collaboratively in medium to large organizations. Skills and Attributes: The ability to develop and shape written content. Strong relationship and collaboration skills. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
