Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist

This role functions as the departments lead in State Electric Supply Co's social media platform management, internal & external communications, content creation, customer experience, and general marketing functions. This role will work with the rest of the Marketing & Ecommerce team to meet the needs of State Electric Supply Co. Responsibilities: Communications internally/externally to State Electric employees & customers about events, marketing programs, initiatives, and other necessary happenings Social Media and Google management; support, creative content creation, organization, distribution, analytics, boosting, and advertising Creative Content creation in multiple formats. Graphical, Print, Digital, Written CRM management and customer lead assignment Customer experience and digital campaign flow management (The customer journey) Assists with daily operation of the marketing group, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Potentially staffing trade shows and promotional events as necessary Develops, maintains, and distributes reports and dashboards that effectively present digital marketing metrics Creates, analyzes, and reports on all digital and par-per-click advertising Collaborates with marketing team to execute creative, paid media, and social media tactics based on the overall strategy.
