An exciting position has become available for a Senior Mergers and Acquistion Analyst to join our team based in Downtown Chicago. We are looking for a future leader who wants to grow their career in a dynamic growing healthcare organization. This is a HYBRID role- 3 days per week in the office. Key Responsibilities: - - Mergers & Acquisitions - actively participate in end-to-end M&A processes, from direct sourcing of acquisition target all the way through financial modeling, due diligence, negotiations, and close. - **Integration** - key player in pre- and post-close integration planning across all corporate functions, liaise with senior leadership team and their direct reports for strategy planning and execution. - **Reporting** - prepare investment memoranda and quality of earnings reports to be presented to senior leadership team and Board of Directors. - **Strategic Finance** - contribute to commercial analyses for non-M&A opportunities, financing projects, commercial negotiations, strategic mandates, etc., - **Research** - develop market research mapping, competitive business intelligence, understand landscape across core market and adjacencies. - **Other Support** - assist across large corporate projects and other related mandates as they arise.
