As the Regional Specification Sales Manager sales, you will be responsible for the growth of Cooper Lighting Solutions specification products including, but not limited to, Ametrix, io, Halo Commercial, Portfolio, Corelite, Neoray, Metalux, Failsafe, McGraw Edison, Invue, Shaper, Prentalux and Surelites. The position will require travel throughout the Northwest USA, to work with a diverse and talented team of independent manufacturing agents, to educate and motivate them to garner specifications leading to sales for CLS lighting brands. What you'll do You will work closely with a diverse and dedicated team of manufacturing sales agents to drive sales for Cooper Lighting Solutions specification brands. You will work closely with product development and marketing teams, identifying new lighting product ideas and applications, and prioritizing new product development. You will report out to senior leadership on key performance metrics. You will build relationships with key specifiers, and agents helping them solve their most complex lighting challenges. Your qualifications 5+ years of commercial sales across a multi-state territory preferably in the lighting, controls, or similar industries Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Experience as lighting sales agent, regional lighting sales manager, or as design professional Proven track record of success Ability to travel 50%-60% Our candidate profile is just a guide.
