SEM Strategist Advertising/Media $70,000 - $95,000 NYC Metro Area - Remote Are you a subject matter expert in all things SEM and want to work for one of the most innovative media agencies in the United States? Responsibilities Develop, manage, and optimize integrated Paid Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns, including YouTube, Shopping, and Google Display Network (GDN), following industry best practices. Conduct market research and competitive analysis, staying informed about emerging trends. Contribute to and lead internal and client presentations, delivering performance reports, insights, and identifying new opportunities and trends. Assist in advancing internal processes, automation, optimization schedules, training programs, and overall team capabilities. Promote a collaborative, "one-team" mindset and provide support to team members as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in the paid search ecosystem, with agency experience required. A strong understanding of Paid YouTube strategies and best practices is preferred. Solid foundation and passion for digital media and advertising; experience with tactics beyond search is a plus. Proven ability to manage complex client campaigns and relationships, meeting performance metrics. Experience using bid-management platforms like Search Ads 360, Skai, or Marin to support and optimize campaigns. Expertise in Google and Bing editor platforms. Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting to stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external. Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Salary: In this role, you can expect to earn up to $95,000 with gold-standard benefits.
