Overview At Ntrepid, we are a mission-driven provider of managed attribution technologies, specifically designed to support the national security community's operations in the most demanding online environments."¯ Ntrepid is seeking an experienced Account Manager to provide programmatic support on an information technology system deployment. The Account Manager will work closely with multiple stakeholder groups"”both customer POCs and internal Ntrepid teams"”to ensure the continued success and growth of an important program. The Account Manager will work with customers in various locations, domestic and abroad."¯ Responsibilities The Account Manager will serve as Ntrepid's expert representative and customer liaison for deployments."¯ Due to the nature and complexity of customer, the Account Manager will have broad ranging program management and deployment support responsibilities including: Build and sustain trust and strong relationships with customer POCs through expert program management, dependability, and a winning demeanor. Gain close familiarity with program technologies, roadmaps, and implementation specifics to be an effective knowledge center for the customer. Understand the customer's use of the product in context of their operational requirements to effectively train, share best practices, and maximize value. Serve as a subject matter expert to the customers. Interface effectively with internal engineering teams to:"¯ Anticipate, troubleshoot, and resolve products issues, Share client feedback and requirements, and Coordinate upgrades and configuration changes. Communicate program status, challenges, and risks to company leadership on a regular basis. Provide regular in-depth status reports to both customer and management. Work in close coordination with product teams, contracts office, security office, and engineering teams to ensure that the contract is fully and effectively administered. Qualifications Hybrid role - must be local to the DC area. Active Top-Secret clearance (SCI eligible) required. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 5-7 years of experience in IT related program management or OSINT practitioner. Close familiarity with U.S. national security community and culture.
