More About the Position: Salary for this role is between 70k & 85k based on experience and skillset Key Task Include: Prepare daily reports for the department managers Process vendor payments, invoices, and reconcile vendor statements Participate in month end close activities Financial Statement Reconciliation and Preparation Balance Sheet Reconciliation Explain variances to budget Job cost analysis Participate in audits as directed by the Controller and/or Finance Director Assist in the payroll process What Does It Take?: Bachelors degree in accounting or finance required 3-5 years of experience in an Accounting Position Proficient in Microsoft Office Detail Oriented High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive company information Must be able to pass a 9-panel drug and full criminal background test What Benefits Can You Look Forward To?: Paid community service and wellness days? Plan to be here around an hour and a half and up to 2 hours, we will give an overview of the company, a tour, and on-site interview with our HR team. Parking: Please park in one of our two building lots only. We have signs indicating where the addition parking is along the tree line faces away from Halsted (behind the skating rink), where our trucks are.
