The Opportunity Description We're looking for a Senior Internal Auditor , working in Banking/Finance industry in Boston, Massachusetts, United States . Participates or leads audits of wholly owned subsidiaries, business units, horizontal reviews, and special projects Establishes effective relationships with business unit management Obtains a detailed understanding of each business unit's processes, market, and industry practices Creates risk and control matrices, documents process/workflows and writes narratives Analyzes financial data and business unit-specific metrics Reports results to Executive Management, Board, and Audit Committees Validates resolution of findings Does root cause analysis Our Client Professional Staffing Group is one of Massachusetts' largest staffing companies. Experience Required for Your Success CPA/CIA/CISA/CFA and advanced degree or MBA preferred 7+ years; external audit, internal audit, consulting, leasing, business etc. Exceptional business acumen and a strong willingness to learn Experience auditing commercial lease transactions and hard assets, and profit drivers, compliance KYC Strong writing skills Excellent communication Proficiencies in Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required: Teammate is a plus What Do You Think?
