Manager, Strategy & Transformation

Reporting to the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, the Manager, Strategy & Transformation will help set the brand strategy, and define/manage projects that drive transformational change to organization. Projects will either deliver large financial targets or enable change that unlocks future growth. This role is best suited for high potential, top talent individuals seeking to gain broad exposure to the company and to the senior leadership team at Cole Haan. CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES: Driving industry and internal data analytics to assess performance Assist with tuning the brand strategy and ensure the functional strategies ladder up to this Define, scope, then project manage initiatives that drive transformational change to Cole Haan Manage end-to-end process from initial ideation phase through completion; Partner with initiative leads to create detailed and comprehensive work plans; Guide business partners towards achievement of relevant timelines and milestones Manage interdependencies with other workstreams Design, prepare and facilitate results-oriented alignment meetings against key milestones Enable fact-based decision-making, creating transparency through the creation of regular status and project KPI reporting Facilitate communication activities with relevant stakeholders ensuring alignment with key milestones KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Product, Marketing, Finance, DTC, WHS Teams SKILLS/ABILITIES: Strong quantitative and data analysis skills Build tools in Excel, Power Point Strong project management and process skills Take a conceptual idea and visualize on a slide rapidly Participate in a conversation and create ppt content live as the meeting is happening to synthesize the information so people can read and react Taking a large, complex problem and breaking it down into its component parts Simplify Comfort with ambiguity and putting structure around it; Thinking conceptually, visualizing how to get to the answer and mobilizing people to execute Agile learner; Strong intellectual curiosity and passion to dive into something new/foreign Strong influencing and communication skills; a keen interest and desire to build connections among people that goes beyond support A willingness to listen, observe and learn from teams and individuals Identifying and managing dependencies QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years work experience required University Degree in Business or related field required Project management experience required 2+ years of experience at a strategy consulting firm Fashion / Footwear experience is a plus Ideally based out of Boston / NYC Base Salary/Hourly Range: From $120,000 - 135,000 annually* + bonus potential Bonus Eligibility: Yes, eligible for annual target bonus based on company and individual performance Benefits Offered: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Care, Health Savings Accounts, 401(k) Retirement Plan, Vacation Time, Sick Time, Paid Parental Leave, Holidays and Cole Haan Discounts *Rate of pay dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience This position is not available to be performed in Colorado.
