Mercyhealth/'s Mission - /"Exceptional health care services with a passion for making lives better./" Touching lives invigorates, inspires and drives us to do our very best, and we continuously look for ways to make each life better with the utmost care and professionalism Opportunity: Join an excellent team of experienced physicians, a strong RN staff, and other support staff Primary work location is Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center - Janesville in L&D providing in house Peds/NB Nursery rounds; with rotation to Javon Bea Hospital - Riverside NICU Shift time 11:00a-11:00p to start, may slightly change based on the needs of department 3 12-hours shifts Mon-Wed, following week 2 12-hour shifts Thurs-Fri, every other Saturday - GREAT for work/life balance! Qualifications: Ability to work well independently and under pressure. Strong communication/interpretive and analytical skills. A high level of independent judgment and ability to handle empowerment for independent action. Ability to pass the Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check and/or Illinois Health Care Worker/'s Background Check.
