Responsibilities: Responsible to sell all FST transportation services There will be required weekly travel and an occasional overnight trip, as needed Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional customer service, timely communication, and clear understanding of business needs Maintain advanced knowledge of FST's service offerings Deliver root cause and corrective action plans when needed Ensure the CRM is constantly updated for global accessibility to all appropriate FST staff members Track and deliver KPI's; validating that the data/metrics are accurate Responsible for capturing and securing all potential revenue Prepare and participate in the delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews Ensure contracts and pricing are up to date Participate on customer weekly and/or monthly calls Track projected volume vs. actual and present to management Develop a pipeline of new business through strategic planning, market intelligence, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits Accountable to achieve new sales and retention quotas You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST Requirements:?
