About the Role: The Senior Financial Analyst, CK Global will support the Product Finance Senior Director, acting as a senior financial advisor by providing key insights to drive fact-based and optimal decision-making, while supplying to the development of business strategies and operations for the global Calvin Klein (CK) business. The position will also focus on operationalizing work with the global product teams to coordinate and streamline financial processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and alignment across functions. Additionally, the role will provide support for various ad hoc projects as needed, giving to the overall financial success of the organization. What You'll Do: Periodic planning : individually prepare the seasonal brand planning summaries, set product targets and supervise variances to targets. Strategic budget plan: establish appropriate future looking budgets in line with strategic priorities and responsible for ensuring financial system alignment. Business partnering: provide input for meetings with the department leaders in the global product organization (Chief Product Officer, Chief Design Officer, Merchandising group) Financial insights : creating clarity on key product performance indicators with respect to product categories and seasons, provide benchmarking and challenge category leads. Risk mitigation : handle business risk to protect the division's assets. Financial insights: support the global product teams with analytics and insights and advice where needed and drive identification of areas for analysis and optimization: Tracking of global product sales, provide status updates following re-estimates and establish financial strategic guidelines for category sales planning; Ensure oversight of global financial fabric liabilities for Bulk (~$10M-$30M) and ways to re-purpose this into further collections to minimize risk; Drive the implementation of the global brand planning process from category kick-off until sell-out with all regions; Track margin development from range planning to order shipment (post order book freeze) by region, channel and product category and perform gap analysis to target; Improve clarity and accuracy of profitability tracking (through systems and tools) - including but not limited to product category gross and net sales, volumes, costs and resulting go-in margin; Perform ad-hoc analysis on strategic business opportunities that bring value (licensing take-backs, new product initiatives, pricing architecture etc). Reporting : improve reporting and communication for the global product leadership team and senior management group (including actual results, estimates and budget variances) and define actionable items to improve efficiency and effectiveness of categories. Maintain policy integrity by implementing and monitoring adherence to ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of operating results. Automation: drive automation and efficiency in financial product processes through dashboards and automated reports. What You'll Bring: 5 years of proven experience in (merchandise) planning and financial management. Global (financial) experience. Experience leading large-scale projects and budgets. Demonstrated success in systems & tools to improve ways of working. Financial analysis : excellent analytical skills, running large data quantities and complex problem solving skills. Financial scenario planning : building financial models to evaluate different scenarios to impact category growth. Analytics: excellent analytical skills, leading large data quantities from multiple sources. Financial savvy: proficiency in analyzing financials and communicating financial brand metrics. Discernment in business: knowledge of the fashion industry, including market trends, consumer behavior, competition, and supply chain dynamics. Communication skills: effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate financial insights to actionable recommendations. Project management: experience in driving projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with customers, partners, and team members to meet project objectives. Adaptability and creativity: being adaptable to the constantly evolving fashion industry and finding innovative financial solutions is key to success in this role. Business fluency in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Microsoft package software programs. Knowledge of SAP financial packages (general ledger). Knowledge of Essbase software (financial reporting). Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Finance or Accounting required. #LI-Hybrid #LI-MS1 Pay Range:$85,000 - $100,000 PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting.
