DevOps Engineer

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a mission-driven team with a passion for building reliable and scalable systems at one of our Fortune 100 partners in New York City. Responsibilities: Implement logging and monitoring solutions Build CI/CD pipelines for critical enterprise applications Troubleshoot issues, streamline code deployment Release management & application support Documentation of processes and updating documentation with changes Anticipate requirements from developers to prepare groundwork for technical breakthroughs Study and invest time in learning new and emerging trends and technologies Develop an understanding of the insurance industry and products Experience: 2+ years' enterprise engineering experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related Experience with Python Experience with GitHub Exposure to the Cloud (i.e., AWS, Azure, GCP) A self-starter with great analytical skills Experience resolving issues independently and communication findings to senior leadership and business stakeholders Provided Training: Building CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Jenkins Scripting languages (i.e., Bash) Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation AWS services including VPC, IAM, EC2, RDS, EKS, CloudWatch, S3, RDS, Lambda Modern observability/monitoring systems such as ELK, SumoLogic, New Relic etc.
