Position Overview: As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach by developing relationships with social work organizations, agencies, and potential clients. Your primary focus will be on business development activities, including lead generation, client outreach, and building partnerships to meet our placement goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Prospecting Research and identify potential clients in the social work field, including agencies, healthcare organizations, and non-profits that could benefit from the company's services. Use various methods like cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking to reach out to potential leads. Qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for further engagement and hand them off to the local office coordinator, if appropriate. Building and Nurturing Relationships Promote Social Work p.r.n. services and communicate the value we bring to clients. Establish initial contact and build relationships with potential clients, learning about their needs and how the company's services can help them. Follow up regularly to keep the company top-of-mind and move prospects further down the sales funnel. Engage with clients through various channels, providing information, resources, and updates to maintain interest and build trust. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams Work closely with our recruitment and coordinator teams to ensure qualified leads are properly handed off and followed up on. Provide feedback to the management team about the success of campaigns, messaging, and lead quality to improve future efforts. Coordinate with leadership to align targets, strategies, and goals. Tracking and Reporting Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients, including details about leads, communications, and outcomes. Use CRM software to track progress and report on key metrics, such as number of leads generated, conversion rates, and sales pipeline activity. Regularly review and report on performance against targets and use insights to refine approaches and improve results. Networking and Brand Representation Engage on social media and other platforms to build the company's brand and increase visibility. Annual Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000. #ind123 Position Requirements What We're Looking For: Experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within staffing, social work, or a related field. A degree in business, marketing, communication or related field. Knowledge and understanding of the social services sector and the delivery of social work services. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
