Manager - Quality Assurance

Job Title: Manager - Quality Assurance Location of the Job: PISCATAWAY, NJ Job Type: FULL TIME TRAVEL: Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the US. Company Description: JOB ROLE AND PURPOSE: Conduct project execution in a global delivery model, client mgmt., project & team mgmt. for delivery of projects using Waterfall and AGILE - SCRUM methodologies, Partner products, tools & platforms. Oversee/ deliver development/Testing engagements for P&C insurance industry customers. Perform Testability Analysis, QA strategy, QA Planning, QA Design and Development. Perform QA automation using Quality Center, Test Director. Establish and manage SLA, Program Measurement, Program/Project Status reporting. Perform System Study, Test Estimations. Execute and lead projects and engagements for insurance industry customers that includes analysis, design, development, customization, and maintenance of applications and systems using Java, JAVA Scripting, Oracle/DB2, SQL, etc. along with testing, application packaging and release co-ordination. Work in Insurance Domain by using various products such as Guidewire and UDE (Underwriting Data Entry) for cloud and web implementations. Perform project rollouts of Insurance frontend Applications, Billing Systems, and Policy Administration Systems (PAS). REQUIREMENTS: BS in Comp Sci, Engg (Comp/Mech/Electrical) or related field plus 5 years of experience in position involving similar duties/technical capabilities.
