Senior Accountant

CherryRoad Technologies Inc. is seeking to hire a senior accountant local to either: Parsippany, NJ Hutchinson, KS Chester County, PA Job description In this role, you will be responsible for daily accounting tasks, including preparing and entering financial transactions. You will also carry out related administrative duties. Some specific responsibilities may include: Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and company policy Ownership of all preparer tasks including accurate and timely preparation of month-end and year-end closures, as well as researching and presenting variance analysis Prepare account sub-ledgers or reconciliations, ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions, and resolve reconciling differences Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and focus on continuous improvement Participate in budget and quarterly forecasts Assist in the annual audit Document and monitor internal controls Participate in special projects as assigned The successful candidate should possess the following minimum skills and attributes : 3 years' experience in a similar or relevant role Strong Attention to detail Ability to deliver under tight deadlines Above average knowledge in the use of Microsoft Excel Prior experience with any formal accounting or ERP information system is a plus Good math skills Strong organizational and communication skills Confidentiality and integrity Degree in Accounting preferred GAAP - 1 year preferred Job Type: Full-time Work Location: This position will be filled at one of the following locations: Parsippany, NJ Hutchinson, KS Chester County, PA Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Vision insurance Physical Setting: Office Schedule: Monday to Friday At CherryRoad Technologies...opportunity becomes achievement.
