Job Description The Position The Director-Cyber Fusion Center (CFC) will be a key member of the Risk Management and Cybersecurity Operations team within the Technology Services and Cybersecurity (TSC) organization, and report to the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). The position will manage activities involving, but not limited to, overseeing CFC operations with a core focus on Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) and Incident Response (IR). Responsibilities Advancing Threat Intel and Incident Response capabilities. Expansion of the Insider Risk Program. Oversight of the transformation of Security operations into a CFC that is: Threat Detection focused Intelligence driven Facilitating rapid coordination & response Leveraging cutting edge technology. Expansion of the security analytics program. Maturing the Attack Surface Reduction (ASR) function. Maturing Governance, metrics and resolution (GMR). Expansion of the insider risk, personally identifiable information and intellectual property and trade secrets program. Collaboration with senior functional leaders to develop an understanding of our culture, security strategies & objectives, security capabilities. Exercise financial discipline & portfolio management. Cultivate a highly skilled, engaged and adaptable workforce that thrives on innovation, and collaboration. This position will also be responsible for leading a team with direct and matrixed reporting relationships. Required Education, Experience and Skills Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or an information technology discipline. Able to maintain a balanced perspective while working through problem resolution, considering all aspects and implications of various actions being considered. At least 12 years of IT experience with at least 8 years of experience in identification, protection, detection, response and recovery capabilities within the IT or cybersecurity domain. Demonstrated experience in leading multiple stakeholders focusing on critical problem resolution, typically in pressured situations. Able to maintain a balanced perspective while working through problem resolution, considering all aspects and implications of various actions being considered. Demonstrated experience supporting incident management (IT and/or cybersecurity) and resolution in a large corporation. Experience with leading medium to large high performing teams. Demonstrated analytic expertise - to include ability to think critically and logically in a dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Preferred CISSP, CISM, ITIL certification preferred Other Demonstrated analytic expertise - to include ability to think critically and logically in a dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Adaptable, willing to learn, and ready to grow in a changing environment.
