Primary Function Program & Technology Manager who will be responsible for Microsoft SharePoint-based project management system and other related applications to assist in the tracking of digital content creation and maintenance for multiple audience segments and online channels. Hybrid: 3 days onsite Payrate: $110-130k negotiable Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for the design, development, governance, and administration of SharePoint solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing Identify areas and processes where SharePoint and other available software can be better leveraged to facilitate process improvement and risk management Develop and communicate proposed application design, business rules and user instructions to all stakeholders Assist in the planning and delivery of high-quality content marketing in support of the segments and businesses the group supports Help manage content development/deadlines and approval processes and transfer of content assets to production teams Manage real-time tracking of new and renewed/refreshed content across lines of business Optimization of tools and processes Skills & Qualifications Advanced problem-solving skills that enable an understanding of client pain points and the ability to troubleshoot as challenges arise Ability to work in a semi-remote environment with multiple stakeholders Ability to maintain constant awareness of deadlines and content dependencies so that work can be queued accordingly Communication skills that facilitate clear status updates to the team and business partners (for example, when a piece of content must be retired off cycle) Demonstrated project management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and assignments Strong interpersonal and language skills Detail and deadline oriented Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies Proficient in SharePoint/O365, Excel, Microsoft 365, Office 365, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau Education & Experience Bachelor's degree 2+ years working in marketing environment Experience with creating and maintaining measurement dashboards that demonstrate content effectiveness Experience with design and development of SharePoint sites that serve as content inventory databases and project management tools To Apply Use the link at the bottom of this page to apply.
