About the Team The mission of the creator and affiliate PSO team is to build products that help merchants reach consumers and grow sales at scale through content from affiliate creators. Responsibilities - Define the product strategy for LIVE Commerce. You are instrumental in setting Go-To-Market strategy, and work with partners to ensuring flawless execution and operations for product launches in the US market. - Work with end users, as well as cross-functionally with operation and sales team to deeply understand clients' pain points/needs, lead market research on competitor solutions and vertical opportunities, form business requirements, and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development. - Manage growth at scale for a range of products in market, set goals, manage launches and lead cross functional implementations in order to drive product adoption. Collaborate with Growth, Ops, Marketing and Product team in order to hit goals. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - BA/BS degree or above. - A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. - Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills. - Pays attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong problem solving skills. - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications - 5+ years of product marketing or product management experience. - A team player, fast learner and open to changes. - Preferred experience working in short video/LIVE, creators, or e-commerce spaces. - A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis. - Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
